• Travel Fee: Complimentary 50 miles when bride is included in the booking. $2.00 per mile beyond that/charged for wedding party only reservations.

• Travel requiring more than 2 hours of driving time may require hotel/lodging accommodations depending on morning of timeline. Hotel arrangements will be selected based on proximity to the venue, availability, and current hotel rates. Lodging expenses are not included in the bridal package price and will be added to the final balance.

I intentionally limit the number of services I take per wedding so I can maintain a high standard of consistency, attention to detail, and quality for every person in the bridal party.

Yes! A $500 minimum is required for bride and wedding party services. This minimum applies to services only and does not include travel fees.

Yes! You may request to add or adjust services after signing your contract, subject to availability and approval. A maximum of 5 total services may be booked. Any changes must still meet the $500 minimum service requirement. Please note that reducing your service count does not waive the minimum booking requirement, and travel fees are charged separately and do not count toward the service minimum.

All payments, including the retainer and final balance, must be submitted as a single transaction through your invoice by the specified due date.

Split or partial payments are not accepted. This policy helps ensure a seamless, stress-free wedding morning, allowing the focus to remain on your experience rather than transactional approach.

To ensure every client receives the highest quality makeup application, I allow:

• 1 hour for the bride’s service

• 30-45 minutes for bridesmaids, mothers & additional attendants.

• Less than 5 mins for flowergirls and offered during touch ups.

If your bridal party exceeds my service limit over 6, any additional makeup applications will need to independently secure an outside makeup artist. I am happy to provide recommendations!

Bridal hair services are not provided & you would be responsible for finding a separate hair artist.

As a licensed esthetician, I offer additional esthetic services including facials, brow waxing, dermaplaning, spray tanning and lash lifts to support your bridal skin prep. These services are designed to be scheduled in the weeks leading up to your wedding day.

Bridal trials are available exclusively after your non-refundable retainer is secured and your contract is signed, ensuring your wedding date is fully reserved.

In the event when services no longer be needed, your retainer remains non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date will also result in forfeiture of the second payment.

No worries at all! To help make your day as stress-free as possible, I bring everything needed for your makeup services on-site, including my artist chair, portable table, professional makeup kit, and lighting.

Your spray tan trial can be scheduled 1–2 months before your wedding day for your perfect shade and desired depth.

Your final wedding day spray tan should be scheduled approximately 2-3 days before your wedding for the most fresh-looking results.

For the best results before your wedding day, Shy recommends scheduling your teeth whitening session 1–2 weeks before your event. This allows your smile to reach its brightest while giving any temporary sensitivity time to subside.

Dermaplaning is best scheduled 7–14 days before your wedding day. This treatment gently removes dead surface cells and fine facial hair, helping create a smoother canvas for makeup application.

If you are new to dermaplaning, Shy recommends scheduling your first treatment 1–2 months before your wedding to see how your skin responds and determine the ideal timing for your final treatment.

Yes! I do accept wedding party-only reservations when my availability allows. Because wedding dates require me to reserve dedicated time for your group, a $500 minimum booking requirement applies to wedding-party-only reservations.
