Yes!! I have traveled all over Ohio, to West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

• Complimentary travel is included for locations within 100 miles roundtrip of the Artist’s home base when bride is included in the booking. For locations exceeding the included mileage, $2.00 per additional mile will apply..

• For travel that exceeds beyond 2 hours of travel will require hotel/lodging accommodations. Hotel arrangements will be selected based on proximity to the venue, availability, and current hotel rates. Lodging expenses are not included in the bridal package price and will be added to the final balance.

• Out of State Weddings: Investment starts at $2,000. Inquire for more information!

Bridal packages are flat-rate and based on the services included at the time of booking. Services cannot be removed or reduced after booking, and unused services do not change the package investment.

However, you can substitute the other makeup applications for other services.

For example: If you don’t need 2/3 applications in the package, you may receive 2 hours of on-location touch ups or use them only toward events such as your bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, engagement photos, or boudoir portraits.

All payments, including the retainer and final balance, must be submitted as a single transaction through your invoice by the specified due date.

Split or partial payments are not accepted. This policy helps ensure a seamless, stress-free wedding morning, allowing the focus to remain on your experience rather than transactional approach.

Please note that Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo are not accepted as forms of payment.

Payment plans are available exclusively through your invoice and must be arranged before your booking is finalized. Once your invoice has been created, the payment schedule cannot be changed. Outside of an approved payment plan, all payments, including the retainer and final balance, must be submitted as a single transaction by their respective due dates. Unscheduled partial or split payments are not accepted.

Payment Plan Options (no interest):

Option 1: Monthly Milestones
Your final balance (after retainer is paid) is divided into scheduled monthly payments with specific due dates.

Option 2: Flexible Payments
Make payments of any amount, at any time, through your invoice until the full balance is paid by the final due date. There are no required installment amounts—simply pay what works best for you as long as the balance is paid in full by the due date.

If you would like to take advantage of a payment plan, please let me know at the time of booking so your invoice can be set up accordingly.

To ensure every client receives the highest quality makeup application, I allow:

• 1 hour 15 mins for the bride’s service

• 45 minutes for bridesmaids, mothers & additional attendants.

• Less than 5 mins for flowergirls and offered during touch ups.

I can accommodate up to 6 services (including bride) in a wedding party since I work strictly as a solo artist and do not bring, hire, or manage assistant artists

If your bridal party exceeds my service limit over 6, any additional services will need to independently secure an outside makeup artist. I am happy to provide recommendations!

Bridal hair services are not provided & you would be responsible for finding a separate hair artist.

As a licensed esthetician, I offer additional esthetic services including facials, brow waxing, dermaplaning, spray tanning and lash lifts to support your bridal skin prep. These services are designed to be scheduled in the weeks leading up to your wedding day.

Bridal trials are available exclusively after your non-refundable retainer is secured and your contract is signed, ensuring your wedding date is fully reserved.

In the event when services no longer be needed, your retainer remains non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date will also result in forfeiture of the second payment.

Yes, I am happy to service children and will not charge for light shimmer & gloss. I believe flower girls should have a princess moment in my chair. Please let me know when inquiring :)

No worries at all! To help make your day as stress-free as possible, I bring everything needed for your makeup services on-site, including my artist chair, portable table, professional makeup kit, and lighting.

My go to coffee order is an iced vanilla latte (with blonde expresso if they have it;))

Your spray tan trial can be scheduled 1–2 months before your wedding day for your perfect shade and desired depth.

Your final wedding day spray tan should be scheduled approximately 48 hours before your wedding for the most fresh-looking results.

For the best results before your wedding day, Shy recommends scheduling your teeth whitening session 1–2 weeks before your event. This allows your smile to reach its brightest while giving any temporary sensitivity time to subside.

Dermaplaning is best scheduled 7–14 days before your wedding day. This treatment gently removes dead surface cells and fine facial hair, helping create a smoother canvas for makeup application.

If you are new to dermaplaning, Shy recommends scheduling your first treatment 1–2 months before your wedding to see how your skin responds and determine the ideal timing for your final treatment.
