Additional Services & Fees
Ohio Sales Tax: In accordance with Ohio Revised Code § 5739.01, makeup services are subject to applicable state and local sales tax. Tax is not included in price therefore a 7% sales tax will be automatically be applied
Travel & Early Start: Complimentary travel is provided for locations up to 50 miles (one way within Columbus) for bride package only.
A travel fee of $2.00 per mile (one way) will be applied for any distance exceeding the included mileage. This fee is also collected as a retainer for wedding party only reservations.
If the timeline requires early start times or travel exceeds beyond 2 hours, overnight hotel/Airbnb accommodations may also be required and charged as a separate cost from services & travel.
$100 will apply to services beginning before 7:00 AM.
Priority Booking: A $100 priority booking fee will apply to all last-minute reservations on top of the non-refundable retainer. This fee allows for last-minute scheduling, personalized planning, and the extra coordination needed to ensure your experience remains seamless and stress-free, even on a shorter timeline.
Out of State/Destination: Custom quotes are provided upon request based on location and travel requirements.
Touch Ups: Touch-ups after completion of services are available upon request and start at $150/per hour.

Once you submit your inquiry, and if your date is available, I’ll send a personalized proposal with your custom quote, an overview of the booking process/details & an example timeline.
To ensure a personalized and exclusive bridal experience, only one wedding is scheduled per day.

After accepting your quote, Shy will send final steps to make it official. Your date is reserved exclusively for you once she receives your signed contract and non-refundable retainer.
For wedding party only bookings, the travel fee will act as the non-refundable retainer and will not go towards services.
Both must be submitted within 72 hours, otherwise your date may become available to another bride/event.

Bridal trials are optional but highly recommended to ensure a smooth and stress-free wedding morning. Sessions are typically booked 2–3 months in advance. At the time of booking, you’ll receive a link to schedule your trial at your convenience.
Trials are only available for brides who have a signed contract.

Shy will arrive 15–30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time, fully prepared with her professional kit, chair, and lighting.
