Shy’s Process

Once you submit your inquiry, and if your date is available, I’ll send a personalized proposal with your custom quote, an overview of the booking process/details. In addition, a sample wedding morning timeline will be included with your proposal. This timeline is a planning guide and may be adjusted based on your final wedding day schedule, services booked, and timing needs.
This proposal is not a contract and does not reserve your wedding date. Your date is only secured once the proposal is accepted, the contract is signed, and the retainer is paid.
To ensure an exclusive bridal experience, only one wedding is scheduled per day.

After accepting your quote, Shy will send final steps to make it official. Your date is reserved exclusively for you once she receives your signed contract and non-refundable retainer.
Proposals and contracts that remain unsigned or unpaid for more than 72 hours from the date they are issued will automatically expire. Once expired, all pricing, availability, and terms are subject to change, and the proposed date will no longer be reserved.

Bridal trials are optional but highly recommended to ensure a smooth wedding morning. Sessions are typically booked 2–3 months in advance. At the time of booking, you’ll receive a link to schedule your trial at your convenience.
Trials are only available for brides who have a signed contract.

Shy will arrive with her professional makeup kit, table, lighting & chair!
Timeline & Allotments:
Shy arrives & sets up: 30 mins
Bride: 1hr 15 mins
Party & Mothers: 45 mins/person
Touch Ups/Buffer: 30 mins (after completion of all services/flower girl makeup will be done during this time)
