My Process

Once you submit your inquiry, and if your date is available, I’ll send a personalized proposal with your custom quote, an overview of the booking process/details & an example timeline.
After accepting your quote, Shy will send final steps to make it official. Your date is reserved exclusively for you once she receives your signed contract and non-refundable retainer.
For wedding party only bookings, $100 booking reservation + travel fee will act as the non-refundable retainer and will not go towards services.
Both must be submitted within 72 hours, otherwise your date may become available to another bride/event.
Bridal trials are optional but highly recommended to ensure a smooth and stress-free wedding morning. Sessions are typically booked 2–3 months in advance. At the time of booking, you’ll receive a link to schedule your trial at your convenience.
Trials are only available for brides who have a signed contract.
Shy will arrive 15–30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time, fully prepared with her professional kit, chair, and lighting. Her goal is to provide a calm, stress-free experience, so you can relax, feel comfortable to celebrate an unforgettable day!

Working with me is a calm, organized, and personalized experience from start to finish. I focus on creating a relaxed environment while delivering long-lasting makeup you can trust.
Bridal hair services are not provided & you would be responsible for finding a separate hair artist. Shy is happy to recommend a trusted, detail-oriented stylist for your wedding day, just let her know when inquiring!
A confirmed final service count is required 30 days prior to the wedding date to ensure accurate invoicing. Any adjustments made within 30 days of the event may be subject to revised pricing.
As a licensed esthetician, I offer additional esthetic services including facials, brow waxing, dermaplaning, spray tanning and lash lifts to support your bridal skin prep. These services are designed to be scheduled in the weeks leading up to your wedding day.
In the event when services no longer be needed, your retainer remains non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date will also result in forfeiture of the second payment.
This policy is in place to protect reserved time and commitments.

Yes!! Complimentary travel is provided for locations up to 30 miles (one way) within Columbus..
- A travel fee of $2.00 per mile will be applied for any distance exceeding the included mileage.
I accommodate up to 5 makeup services for a relaxed, elevated wedding morning experience.
For bridal parties of 6–10, an additional artist is required. I will coordinate and provide a trusted, vetted artist to ensure everything runs seamlessly and on time.
To maintain the highest quality of service, bookings are limited to a maximum of 10 makeup services.
All payments, including the retainer and final balance, must be submitted as a single transaction through the invoice by the specified due date. Individual or split payments are not accepted. This helps maintain a seamless, relaxed wedding morning focused on your makeup experience rather than transactional approach. Thank you for understanding!
Yes. I offer airbrush makeup made available for bride and wedding party.
Yes! Weddings or consultations requested within 45 days of the wedding date are considered last-minute bookings.
